Support Groups
My Friend's House offers support groups and Drop-In Groups to women throughout the year.
Support groups are for women who have experienced abuse in their lives. Groups are generally 12 weeks in length. Group size is limited to 8-10 participants.
Groups are intensive and women must be group-ready to participate. There is an interview prior to enrollment in these groups.
Drop-In Groups are open to all women in the community and provide information on a variety of issues affecting women.
Due to meeting space, registration is usually limited and participants must confirm participation prior to each session.
There is no fee for participation in these confidential services.
